The menu is comprehensive by design — Continental, Chinese and Indian, spread generously across vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The chef leans hardest into traditional Indian home cooking, with a handful of Amritsari specialities that guests return for.
Eat where the day takes you: the sunlit verandah at noon, the fireside terrace once it is dark, or a tray carried quietly to your room. Dietary requirements are handled with a word ahead of time.
From the wood oven and the hot plate.
The chef's own, with Amritsari specialities.
Each afternoon the tiered stands come out on the verandah — pound cake and muffins, tea cakes, cookies and finger sandwiches — poured from painted pots into English china as the sun drops behind the deodars.

Please note — high tea is served à la carte and is not included in the room tariff. Breakfast is included with every stay.
